Administrator

Full access to everything in the company account. Best for: business owner or director.

Project Manager

Runs assigned projects end to end — leads, quotations, jobs, invoicing and payroll. Best for: office staff who quote, invoice and manage jobs.

• Leads, quotations, jobs and invoices (create, edit, delete) on assigned projects
• Job costing, margins and Progress Claims
• Customers (add, edit, delete)
• Calendar, dispatch and crew scheduling
• WhatsApp messages, analytics and payouts
• Payroll, including approving time entries
• Invite and manage team members

Not included: billing and subscription settings; job templates; company data export.

Quantity Surveyor

Office commercial on assigned projects — claims, subcontracts, costs and quotations. Best for: qs / commercial staff.

• Edit assigned projects
• Contract claims, subcontracts, costs and quotations
• View analytics

Not included: creating or deleting projects; roster, time, leads, team or company settings; billing.

Site Supervisor

Field role — works on assigned jobs and leads from a smartphone. Best for: supervisors running day-to-day site work.

Crew

Sees only the jobs they are rostered or assigned to. Best for: workers who need tasks, photos and check-in only.

Guest (custom)

Read-only visitor for external clients — create a custom free-guest role. Best for: client visitors (custom role with view-only grants).

Subcontractor

LOA trade — updates progress and submits their own claims to get paid. Best for: trade companies on a letter of award.

• Open LOA jobs linked to their subcontractor party
• Update progress on assigned programme tasks
• Submit progress claims (auto from SOV weightages, or manual capped by remaining LOA)
• View their claim history on the job

Not included: owner contract sum, owner progress claims, or other trades’ commercials; issuing loas or certifying/paying claims; quotations, invoices, analytics and payroll; company settings or team invites.
