Set up your company profile

Your company profile is the name, registration details and logo that appear on every quotation, invoice and public page your customers see. Setting it up once means every document you send looks professional and carries the right business details. This is a one-time setup, and only a Super Admin can do it.
Fill in your company details
Go to Settings → Business and complete these fields:
Company name
Your registered business name, exactly as it should appear on quotations and invoices.
Registration number
Your SSM registration number (e.g. 202301234567 or a company registration like AB1234567-X).
SST registration number
Add this only if your business is SST-registered. It drives the SST line on your documents.
Contact details and address
Phone, email and business address shown to customers on quotes, invoices and tracking pages.
Upload your logo
In the same Settings → Business page, use the logo panel to upload your company logo. Drag an image in or click Upload logo. A PNG with a transparent or white background works best. Your logo is compressed automatically and appears on the PDF header of quotations and invoices, and on the public pages customers open.
Save your changes
Once everything looks right, press Save in the page title row. From then on, every new quotation and invoice uses these details automatically — you never have to re-enter them per document.
