Every job starts as a lead. BuildTrack pulls enquiries from your business WhatsApp into one inbox, lets you track each lead through a simple pipeline, and converts the winners straight into quotations — so nothing gets lost between “customer messaged us” and “we sent a quote”.

Catch enquiries in Messages

When a customer messages your business WhatsApp number, the conversation lands in Messages, with an unseen badge on the nav so you know something new arrived. Reply there, and turn a promising enquiry into a lead you can track.

Messages is your shared WhatsApp inbox — the whole office team sees the same conversations, so replies don’t get stuck on one person’s phone.

Work the lead through your pipeline

Open Leads to see everything in progress. Each lead carries a status you update as you go:

  1. New

    A fresh enquiry you haven’t actioned yet.

  2. Site visit

    You’ve booked or done a site visit to scope the work.

  3. Quoted

    You’ve sent the customer a quotation and are awaiting their decision.

  4. Converted

    The lead became a job — you won the work.

Convert a lead to a quotation

When you’re ready to price the work, open the lead and press Convert to quotation. The customer and contact details carry across so you can jump straight into building the quotation. Send it on WhatsApp, and once it’s accepted, convert it into a job.
