Invite your team

Bring your whole team onto BuildTrack in one go. You can invite people by WhatsApp or email, and give each person a role that controls what they can see and do. Getting the role right up front means supervisors and crew see only their jobs, while office staff get the full pipeline.
Team invite dialog in Settings
Go to Settings → Team and press Invite members. You can add several people at once — one row per person.
Team member invite fields
Enter their name
For example, Ahmad bin Ali. This is how they'll appear across jobs and schedules.
Choose WhatsApp or email
Pick how the invite is delivered, then enter their phone number (Malaysian format, e.g. 17-882 4401) or email address.
Pick a role
Administrator, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Site Supervisor or Crew. Assigned-only roles also need to be listed on each project. Subcontractors are invited from the party page.
Add more rows if needed
Repeat for each person, then send all the invites in one batch.
Pending team invites
Press send and each person gets a link to join your company on BuildTrack. Until they accept, they appear under Pending invites on the Team page, where you can resend or cancel. Once accepted, they move to Active members and can start straight away.
