Whose visits get synced?

Google Calendar sync covers only your own visits. Calendar sync is a personal setting, so each person connects their own Google account and sees the job visits and site visits assigned to them.

Do I have to connect Google to use the calendar?

Google Calendar is not required to use the BuildTrack calendar. The BuildTrack calendar works on its own. Google Calendar syncing is for people who live in Google Calendar and want site visits alongside their other meetings.

My calendar looks out of date. How do I refresh it?

Google Calendar sync can be refreshed manually by pressing Sync now on Settings → Calendar to push your upcoming visits again straight away, instead of waiting for the next automatic sync.

What happens when I disconnect?

Disconnecting Google Calendar stops BuildTrack sending visits to Google. Your BuildTrack schedule is unchanged, and you can reconnect the same Google account later.

Where do dispatch colours come from?

Dispatch colours are company-wide and live under Settings → Scheduling, not on the Google Calendar settings page. Settings → Calendar only controls your own Google connection.

Site visit boleh masuk Google Calendar tak?

Site visits and job visits assigned to you can appear on Google Calendar once you connect your Google account in Settings → Calendar. The sync is personal — each team member connects their own account to see their own visits.

Connect your Google account in Settings → Calendar and the job visits and site visits assigned to you show up on your own Google Calendar — so the calendar you already check in the morning has your site work on it.

Connect your Google Calendar account

Open Settings → Calendar
Google Calendar sync is a personal setting. Everyone on your team connects their own account.
Press Connect
Google asks you to sign in and allow BuildTrack to manage calendar events.
Let the first sync run
Your upcoming job visits and site visits are pushed to Google Calendar as soon as you return to BuildTrack.

Once Google Calendar is connected, the page shows the Google account you linked, so you can tell at a glance whether you connected your work account or a personal one.

Keep Google Calendar sync up to date

Job visits and site visits sync to Google Calendar automatically as your schedule changes. If something looks stale, press Sync now to push your upcoming visits again immediately. To stop syncing, press Disconnect — your BuildTrack schedule stays exactly as it is.
