Your hours and your pay live in your pocket. From your phone you can clock in when you reach site, clock out when you leave, check your timesheet, and see what you've earned, no paper timesheets, no wondering whether your hours were counted.
My time clock-in on site
Open My time on your phone and use it as you work:
Clock in when you arrive
Tap Clock in as you start work to begin recording your hours.
Clock out when you leave
Tap Clock out when you finish, and your hours for the day are logged.
Log time against the job
Your hours attach to the work so supervisors can approve them for payroll.
Site Presence
When the company turns on Require clock-in at the job site, arrival near the job pin clocks you in and leaving clocks you out. The switch reads On — auto clock-in/out near the site pin. Off means a manual clock and no GPS gate. You can still use Clock in and Clock out in My time.
A shift left open past the maximum length, usually because the phone stopped reporting, is closed to the last signal and sent to Approve crew hours. Those hours are never approved on their own. A shift with GPS proof at both ends, inside the site, can pass through without that queue.
My time timesheet
My time shows the hours you've logged and whether they've been approved. Check it before payday so anything missing or wrong can be fixed by your supervisor in good time.
My earnings view
My earnings shows your pay for the period, based on your approved hours plus any allowances or commission. It's private to you, a clear answer to "how much am I getting this time" without asking the office.
