Ask subcontractors to quote

Before you award a trade, ask subcontractors to price a package from the tender. They bid blind. You compare the rates, pick a winner, and only then draft a Letter of Award on the project.
Send a package from the tender
On the tender, open Subcontractor bids and press New package. A package is one trade taken from the bill, sent out before you have awarded anyone.
Choose the lines
Bidders price the full package. They do not leave lines out.
Add bidder
Pick companies from your subcontractor register. Each one receives their own link and prices in private.
Compare the bids
Only your team sees the comparison. Subcontractors do not see rival rates or who won.
Select a winner, then award
On a tender, Select winner records who you chose. Nothing is committed and no Letter of Award is created yet. Convert the tender to a project when the client accepts. On a project package, Award & create draft LOA drafts the award. Finish the commercial terms on the LOA. See Manage subcontractors and LOAs.
